There is always work to be done on a ranch. Every season brings something a little different than the last season, yet the same. Trading amongst the ranchers was just good business. Fall gathering, after the fall cattle and horse sale, spending a little time in town also meant bringing home the winter supplies. Weather was not meant to be stopped so you could go to Billings or Livingston or Denver to get supplies, you still had to go and make it back home. Coming home and crossing that last creek, meant the worst of it was over and a home fire was ready.

My interest in depicting American Art has been a life long journey. Moore has been creating her western art for over thirty years. She is well known for her western art including, her Teepees, fly fishing and scratch board art and now engraving and hitching horse hair. She has shown her art in Seattle, Idaho and most recently in Colorado. Ms Moore is a member of Cowgirl Artists of America.
